Aaron is a seasoned operations and compliance manager who has been working in the financial services field for over 25 years. Upon graduation from The University Texas with BA in Accounting in 1995, he was hired by David Frank at Premier Financial Services, a predecessor of IPFS. Aaron’s career has taken him into management positions at both private and public organizations such as First Institutional Marketing, InsureRate (a subsidiary of HomeCom Communications,”HCOM”), MetLife and MassMutual. His vast career has brought him full-circle where he now serves as VP of Compliance and Operations for IPFS. With his significant expertise in building broker-dealers, as well as a 50-state insurance agency, he is an integral part of the IPFS management team who handles both client and agent activities for the firm. It is this variety of experience and passion in the financial services industry that allows him to provide the highest level of knowledge and service to our clients.
As VP of Compliance and Operations, Aaron heads the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) for IPFS. He currently holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, 65 securities licenses as well as Texas State Life/Health and Property/Casualty licenses.
Aaron is a volunteer for the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show. When not working, he focuses his life around his children. Russell is a C1C at the US Air Force Academy and will be attending Medical School after graduation. Gray is in 8th grade and enjoys playing volleyball and basketball. Alison is in 6th grade and spends her free time creating art and videos.
