As President of IPFS, with over 25 years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry, Kate has established herself as a leader among wealth management advisors. Kate currently leads growth and development of insurance financial representatives at Innovative Premier Financial Services. She has served most of her career in a management capacity, from serving as Director of Marketing for South Texas with MetLife to overseeing plan design, wealth management, retirement income planning and execution of advanced business and estate planning cases as President of IPFS.

Kate is focused on educating people how to potentially save substantial sums of dollars, over their lifetime by using an economic and scientific model. She is a Texas State Insurance and FINRA Series 7 and 65 licensed investment advisor representative.  She is also appointed in numerous other states across the U.S.  She is committed to education of our industry’s next generation of advisors and has helped deliver curriculum to many high schools, colleges and universities.

  • Founder and first president of Ethnic and Racial Studies club and UW- La Crosse
  • Managed over 100 events per year in South Texas growing firm to $1 billion in assets under management
  • Established sponsorship relationships with advisors in 29 Texas organizations such as American Cancer Society, San Antonio Hispanic Chamber, French American Chamber, Missouri City Juneteenth Education Foundation, Asian Chamber of Commerce, Greater Houston Builders Association and Miss America Organization to name a few
  • Presented and judged college scholarship competition for Society of Financial Service Professionals
  • Guest presenter for Texas A&M University
  • Served as Vice President for Houston Women in Insurance and Financial Services
  • Million Dollar Round-Table Top of the Table Qualifier

Currently she resides in Montgomery, TX with her husband and their 2 of 4 children still left in the nest.  Over the next year, she is looking forward to spending as much time on some milestones with her family.  Mostly, her daughter, Regan, who will be graduating from Lake Creek High School; son Zackary, who will be getting married; and son CJ who is tearing it up on the baseball field and starting Junior High!
